This photo shows color in it because it looks to me that you took away the color and by using History tool brush you brought back some color in it to add more emphasis on the red stripes in the flag. Less focus on the blueness of the flag because it is a darker shade of blue. (The red is the brightest color)
This photo is really well taken. And the effect on the blue of the flag deffinitely makes the photo better, because the red and white stands out more. Also did you crop the photo or did you take it like this?
This photo shows the meaning of an American Flag. It really gives off a patriotic feeling! I also like how you can see the flag moving back and forth, like it's swaying in the wind. You can also see a little bit of light coming in near the blue side, which makes the red strips stand out more. I also like how you can see a shadow because I feel that it gives more emphasis on the flag. Good job.
